Getting to La Quinta

Getting to La Quinta is straight forward. From Malaga airport it takes 40 minutes by car and from Gibraltar it takes 50 minutes.


• 5 minutes by car from Benahavis
• 10 minutes by car from San Pedro and Puerto Banus
• 20 minutes by car from Marbella and Estepona

What is the climate like?

Due to its proximity to Africa the Costa Del Sol is famous for having over 300 days of sunshine per year. During the spring and summer months you can virtually guarantee the sun all day long and even in the Winter it can be warm enough to wear shorts and flip flops!

Are there are shops and bars nearby?

The nearest bar and restaurant is a short walk to the Westin La Quinta Hotel (we recommend the Golf Club bar) and there is a small deli within a 5-10 minute walk which stocks all of your daily neccessities. 

The bigger hypermarkets, like Mercadona, are about 10 minutes away by car.

What amenities are there in the apartment?

The apartment is air conditioned, it has a TV in the lounge with multiple channels (including all UK sport), WiFi, a second TV in the master bedroom which has Netflix and Amazon Prime, a BBQ and a portable Bose speaker. There are 4 sun loungers, and a parasol, that can be used in the terrace/garden area.

What appliances are in the Kitchen?

There is an induction hob, oven, american style fridge/freezer, a microwave, air fryer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, sandwich toaster, dishwasher and washing machine.

Do I need to bring my own towels?

No! There are plenty of bath and beach towels in the linen cupboard!

Can I organise an exit clean?

Yes you can! It will cost approx 70 euros for an exit clean which can be arranged in advance of your stay.

Parking and transfers

If you are hiring a car there is plenty of parking space on-site. Alternatively, we can arrange a transfer service to and from Malaga airport (cost approx. 70 euros per journey).

Getting around

It is easy to use Uber or Bolt and it costs approx. 10 euros to get to Puerto Banus or San Pedro.
